Welcome

I would like to start out to welcome you to my blog, I chose to start this as a kind of online journal, I am by no means a writer, influencer or anything. I am going to try and be as open and honest about this journey I am on as I can be. This blog is going to be a day to day account of the steps I am taking to improve my mental health, my self esteem and dealing with everday life.

I chose to write to this because as someone who has been really struggling lately with my mental health and just so many feelings I didnt expect to have, I have yet to find any resources that are actually open and honest about how to feel or deal with all these things at once. So I am going to give you a little background story. ( names will be left out for privacy purposes).

My name is Kendra, I am a seperated single mother to two boys ages 8 and 6, I grew up in Saskatchewan, Canada. My ex husband and I are not on great terms, but we try. I work in the health care feild. I have struggled with anxiety and depression for most of my life, but didnt even know what it was until a couple of years ago. I do have lots of family some of whom I am close with and others not as close with. So please come along for the ride as I tell a true and honest account of what can actually go through someones brain with anxiety and depression.
